We are only a short scenic drive from Keswick (about 50 minutes), Ullswater (about 30 minutes) and the Northern Lakes, and approximately 15 minutes drive from Carlisle and the M6 Motorway.
Closer to home the pretty villages of Caldbeck and Hesket Newmarket are well worth a visit, and there are some lovely local walks nearby.
We welcome families and offer second to none home cooking using local produce wherever possible.
We can also provide a babysitting service and would be happy to provide packed lunches and a host of local information for those who wish to explore the area further.
We can provide transport to and from local eateries if required and pride ourselves on offering quality traditional accommodation in a child friendly and smoke free environment.
